PaperToolsProª provides everything you need to

 

1.  From the left column of this window, the user can:

     From the middle column, the user will see the keywords already used and click to

     reuse for other notes.

From the top menu bar, the user can:

     From the right column, the user can enter into an Ideas Page research questions,

     main ideas from research for creating an outline at completion

2.  Enter bibliographic information to create citations and bibliographies from four panels:  Book panel (shown here), Periodical, Law / Courts, and Media.  Citation information automatically appends to note quotation and summary / paraphrase.

3.  All entered sources are listed as citations from Entered Citation panel.  Clicking one automatically appends citation to note quotation or summary / paraphrase.

4.  In addition to entering citation and bibliography references manually, entries from citation manager programs (CMP) can easily be copy/pasted or drag/dropped into PaperToolsProª.  These sources will be added to entered citations and bibliography lists so that the user can write notes to these sources.

5.  Bibliography panel lists in the style chosen all sources entered manually or from a CMP.

6.  Notes are listed for organizing manually or organized using a search query.

7.  Notes from Clipboard and bibliography from Bibliography panel can be copy/pasted or drag/dropped as individual entries or as entire lists into a word processing page while writing a draft.
